So we've talked about affordable foundations and mascaras, so why not talk about the best high-street concealers out there. There are LOTS that have a very nice coverage and suit your needs, so you don't need to pay extra anymore. Most of them have also improved their formulas a lot, so all that creasing and fading is not as much of a concern anymore. Let's get started!
| COLLECTION | Lasting Perfection Concealer
Ok, this concealer might not be the most affordable one in this post, but only because it is not physically sold in Australia, so you either have to get it overseas or through Ebay or something like that. It has a HUGE fever going on, especially on YouTube, because it is seriously affordable in countries like the UK, and it has amazing coverage, blends well, it's long-lasting, it is hydrating... what else could you ask for? So if you're a lucky UK resident, you can get it at your usual drugstore, but for us, we can get it for around $16 (plus shipping) on Ebay. Link here.
| MAYBELLINE | Instant Age Rewind Concealer
This concealer is one of my favourites and it's ALWAYS in my makeup bag. I think it's amazing for how little you're spending, because its coverage is really good, it's very blendable, buildable, and hydrating. It doesn't crease at all when I put it on, and it looks quite brightening, making you look more awake. It's around $19 and available in this link.
| RIMMEL LONDON | Wake Me Up Concealer
This one has a liquid formula that is not only perfect for your undereye, but also acne and blemishes. Of course, if you put it straight onto dry skin, it can look cakey, but since all of us take care of our skin properly (right??? lol), this shouldn't be a problem. It is brightening, super blendable and suitable for oilier skin. It is $14.95 and you can get it here.
| BOURJOIS | Healthy Mix Concealer
So I know this is not exactly what matters the most about a concealer, but this one smells SO GOOD! I really hate how bad some of them smell, but it's definitely not the case with this one. It conceals very well, and with its enriched formula, it promises to be quite nourishing, but it's also suitable for oily skin, and it's very long-lasting, so I would seriously give this a try if I was you! It's $20 and available here.
| MAYBELLINE | Fit Me Concealer
This one has been compared to the Radiant Creamy Concealer by NARS so many times, that many people consider it to be a dupe. It just does an amazing job at concealing, for a fraction of what you would pay for the NARS one. It is oil-free, but it's not drying at all. It provides awesome coverage and duration, brightening your undereye and concealing your blemishes properly. Also, its colour range is the widest available in the brand, so finding the right one should be a lot easier. It's $14.95 and available here.
| RIMMEL LONDON | Match Perfection Concealer
One of the most highlighting ones out there, this concealer is probably not the most heavy-duty one, and it won't conceal your tattoos, but it will definitely give you that little extra boost you need in the morning. Nobody has to know that you couldn't stop watching Netflix last night, so this concealer will brighten up your eye are and help you keep that secret, while also being quite buildable and blendable. It doesn't crease, so that's a big bonus. It's $13.95 and you can get it here.
| L'OREAL PARIS | True Match Concealer
This concealer claims to blend perfectly with your skin and texture. It is very blendable, so much so, that if you don't set it with powder, it'll go EVERYWHERE, but if you do put powder over the top, it can last up to 6 hours. It is very pigmented, so it does a very nice job at concealing, and it also has a nice range of shades, which is pretty much their aim with this True Match line. It is $19.95 and available here.
| NYX | HD Studio Photogenic Concealer Wand
This would probably be the perfect concealer for an event, where you're gonna get lots of pictures taken, because like the name says, it photographs really well. It doesn't look cakey, because it's quite lightweight, so it gives you a very natural look, while taking care of that darkness under your eyes. It's also suitable for oily skin, and it's a very good option for concealing blemishes and imperfections. It is only $9.95! And available here.
