Hello everyone!
So the other day I did a post that was all about the best drugstore foundations, and I figured that probably one of the things that I find myself buying the most at the Chemist is mascara! And there's soooo many options, and they can be SO good if you know where to focus. I even think that they can be better than some high-end ones, especially because you only pay a fraction of the cost. So let's get into it! ;)
| L'OREAL | Telescopic Mascara
Starting with one of the most preferred mascaras of all time. I think pretty much EVERY beauty guru has used it over the years, and they keep swearing by it. You see them wearing this mascara every time they do a Drugstore tutorial, and I can see why. This mascara lengthens and separates your lashes, giving you a perfect look for not much at all! Definitely gives you more bang for your buck! It's around $19 in Australia, and you can click here to get it.

| MAYBELLINE | The Falsies Push Up Angel Mascara
This little slice of perfection is my favourite affordable mascara at the moment. It's just amazing! It has a very interesting spoon-shaped brush that reaches all your lashes, lengthening, separating and volumising every single one of them. I use the waterproof version and it keeps my lashes perfectly curled all day, and I just love it because it gives me a very lashy look without having to spend hours. The best part? It's currently on special at Chemist Warehouse, so it's only $9.69!! Get it here.

| MAYBELLINE | Lash Sensational Mascara
This one also features an amazing brush, which makes all the difference. It seriously makes your lashes really long and flawless, leaving no room for clumps. The brush ensures that you can coat all lashes, even the shorter ones, for a perfect finish. It is around $22 and available here.

| L'OREAL | Lash Paradise Mascara
Ok, this one is undeniably the EXACT copycat of Better Than Sex by Too Faced, so it would wanna be good, wouldn't it? Well, apparently it is, with many people even saying that it's better than the Too Faced version. L'Oreal mascaras are usually really good, but this might be their best one at the moment. Its brush really helps give volume to your lashes, and it's very long-lasting. Clearly worth a try :) Ebay link here
| COVERGIRL | Full Lash Bloom Mascara
I think one of the best things these brands have come up with, are plastic brushes. I don't know what it is about it, but I always get the best result with them. The spiky bristles really define my lashes, making them really long, black and defined. This mascara has a really nice formula as well, so it lifts your eyelashes and lasts really well. It's around $18 in Australia, and available here.
| MAYBELLINE | Volum' Express The Rocket Mascara
Another one with an amazing plastic brush. This is one of the mascaras that has given me the best results ever! My lashes look VERY long, defined, not clumpy, with volume. Plus, the waterproof formula holds the curl throughout the day perfectly, no matter if you cry or there's some rain or humidity. It's around $10 and you can get it from ebay.
| MAX FACTOR | Masterpiece Transform Mascara

| MAX FACTOR | Masterpiece Transform Mascara
This mascara was the first one I ever tried by MaxFactor, and I really loved it. It certainly doesn't give you a dramatic look, but makeup doesn't have to be dramatic all the time, right? It elongates your lashes, defining them and separating them, adding a very reasonable length. The brush is also very cool, as it's thicker on the end, which ensures you coat your lashes the right way. I couldn't find the link for Target, but you can get it from ebay.

| COVERGIRL | The Super Sizer Mascara
This is another one with a very similar type of brush. It gives you very defined lashes, achieving a "fan effect" look, which again, is probably not the most dramatic effect, but it's nice to have more natural looking lashes sometimes. Covergirl mascaras are very good, and this one is no exception. It is $17.95 and you can get it here.

Hope you enjoyed this post! Thanks for reading me, xo
*Disclaimer: All these opinions are my own. I wasn't paid by any of the brands featured above or anyone to share this. I just genuinely think these are great drugstore options.*
